Common issues and solutions for Beep.AI.Server
Common Issues
If you see SQLite "database is locked" errors: ensure only one instance is running. For production, switch to PostgreSQL. The scheduler and main app use separate SQLite databases to avoid contention.
Service pages show "environment locked" until setup completes. Go to the service Overview page and create/install the environment. Each service manages its own isolated Python venv.
If you see "Recursive app creation detected": check for circular imports. The app factory guards against recursive create_app() calls.
In frozen builds, paths use sys._MEIPASS. Templates and static files are resolved from the bundle path with fallback to relative paths.
Logs
Check Beep.AI.Server/Beep.AI.Server/logs/ for detailed logs. The server prints startup information including database URI, async mode, and blueprint registrations.
Reset
To fully reset: delete app.db, scheduler.db, and the data/ directory. Restart and the setup wizard will guide you through reconfiguration.
